Who it is for

For professionals who want to complete one concrete task with AI.

This is for you if...

  • You use ChatGPT for conversation but still assemble deliverables manually.
  • You prepare reports, meeting notes, proposals, or follow-ups.
  • You can bring a laptop and practice with the supplied sample files.

This is not for you if...

  • You want programming, APIs, or agent development.
  • You want to learn ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot in the same session.
  • You need production automation or company system integrations.
How the method works

From scattered task to a system you can repeat.

We do not start with a prompt. We start with the outcome, build context, and place human review where it belongs.

What changes after the workshop.

01

Create a project with sources and instructions, then delegate a report in a specified format.

02

Check claims against files, correct the draft, and approve the deliverable.

03

Repeat the process with a new file using the same brief and checklist.

Inside the session

Full agenda.

Every block ends with a decision, a practice exercise, or an asset you can use again.

00:00–00:10

Chat, Work, and your goal

Distinguish conversation from delegation. Open Work and define the report and acceptance criteria.

00:10–00:30

Context and brief

Upload two sample files; specify goal, audience, format, and boundaries. Output: a project and reusable brief.

00:30–00:55

Guided execution

Create a one-page report and action table with owners and dates. Missing information must be marked as pending.

00:55–01:00

Break

Five minutes to reset.

01:00–01:25

Verify and correct

Check three claims and the figures against their sources. Find a planted error and direct a correction.

01:25–01:50

Your second run

Apply the brief to a new sample file with facilitator support. Output: another report and a quality comparison.

01:50–02:00

Save and repeat

Export the deliverable and save instructions for a seven-day practice plan. Includes final questions; no required follow-up clinic.

What you take with you

ChatGPT, ChatGPT Work, and Cloud Work: what changes

ChatGPT is for a conversation or a one-off task. ChatGPT Work keeps context and completes multi-step work; Cloud Work is that experience when it runs in the cloud and continues across devices. The practical cohort uses one ChatGPT Work route. Claude Cowork is an Anthropic alternative for a separately identified edition; you do not need both tools or subscriptions.

One-page report and action table from the practice case.

Project with two source files and a reusable brief.

Checklist for sources, figures, missing information, and tone.

Second exercise demonstrating repeatability.

Editable templates and sample files.

Seven-day independent practice guide.

Before you arrive

Preparation and safety.

Step 1

Questions

ChatGPT is the usual conversation. ChatGPT Work is designed to hold context, work with files, and produce a deliverable across multiple steps. Cloud Work is Work running in the cloud, not another license or a separate course. This workshop practices one route: ChatGPT Work.
