Process-owner meeting
Included outside team training. Select ONE process, one platform, and approved data. Contact Center example: anonymized scorecard → variance summary → questions for a 1:1. IT confirms access before the lab.
Baseline and acceptance criteria
Measure a current run and agree on the deliverable, known errors, and owner.
Sources and instructions
Prepare example files and the process brief in the approved platform.
Guided build
Produce a report with findings, evidence, questions, and next actions. AI must not invent causes or evaluate employees.
Review and independent test
Verify figures and missing data. Assign one 20–30 minute trial per participant during the week, using a checklist and test log.
Review actual use
One week later, examine real or synthetic runs: what worked, what failed, and where time went.
Improve and rerun
Revise the brief and test a second case with documented review.
Document and assign
Create a one-page procedure with an owner, boundaries, and human approval point.
Decision and next 30 days
Define when to repeat, stop, or scale. Supply a usage, time, and quality tracker; the internal owner handles subsequent follow-up.

One approved platform, one clear way of working
ChatGPT is the starting point; ChatGPT Work adds a setting for multi-step tasks and deliverables, while Cloud Work runs that work in the cloud. If your company already uses Claude Cowork or Microsoft 365 Copilot, we adapt the case before the workshop. We do not switch tools during the session or require connected systems to practice. I guide process, people, and metrics; Pioneras en IA guides execution and verification.

One process, two anonymized cases, and baseline time and error measurements. Synthetic data can be supplied.
Each participant completes 20–30 minutes of practice between sessions. The company owns 30-day tracking using the supplied template.
