About Fi
Operations Manager · Founder of Lidera con Fi
“I also learned what it feels like to step into a new role without knowing what to do, or who to ask for help.”
My journey
I started as an agent, with a headset and a scorecard I did not fully understand. That is where I learned the pressure of a metric, a queue and a shift that does not wait.
Then I became a Trainer and found what I care about most: seeing someone understand something that used to be hard. I helped build learning experiences and a Sales Academy.
Then came the move to Team Lead. It taught me the hardest lesson: leading people is not the same as being good at your job. I learned to give feedback, hold hard conversations and stop solving everything alone.
Operations came next: multiple lines of business, teams in different countries, leaders reporting to me and clients expecting results. Every promotion taught me to hold people, process, metrics and business together.
I created Lidera con Fi to turn that journey into practical tools and support for people taking their first step into leadership.
What supports my work
Método FI is my own methodology. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by PROSCI or Six Sigma.
How I work
Emotional Strength and Influence with Integrity shape how you lead. Then, a weekly practice turns that judgment into action.
Metrics: I read before I coach.
1:1s: I understand before I decide.
Feedback: I say what is needed, on time.
Follow-through: I sustain the agreements.
I worked across the operation, from agent to Operations Manager, and complement that experience with formal certification in change management (PROSCI).

“Silence wasn't kindness. It was my own comfort.”
I delayed feedback to avoid discomfort. My teammate’s question changed my approach: why didn’t you tell me sooner?

“What options do you see? Which would you choose, and why?”
Solving everything myself left other leaders without a chance to learn. Giving context and following through helped me delegate.
